Bangalore, February 7, 2025: Wellness Quotient organised a Health Wellness Seminar for Catholic Connect, featuring Mr. Inian, the founder of Wellness Quotient, who delivered an insightful session on holistic well-being. With an engaging and practical approach, he guided participants on how to maintain good health by making informed lifestyle choices. He also debunked widespread health and fitness myths, shedding light on the misconceptions that often mislead people in their wellness journeys. His session encouraged a shift in perspective, urging attendees to view health as a holistic integration of the mind, body, and spirit rather than just physical fitness.
Mr. Inian pointed out that the human body is beautifully and intricately designed with an incredible capacity to heal itself when supported holistically. He explained that true well-being extends beyond physical health to include mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual aspects. He highlighted how stress, poor dietary habits, lack of sleep, and environmental factors affect overall health and how adopting a balanced approach can lead to long-term wellness. Stressing the uniqueness of each individual, he encouraged people to understand their bodies better and make health decisions tailored to their specific needs.
Wellness Quotient is a community of wellness seekers, learners, enthusiasts, and coaches dedicated to transforming global well-being. With a vision to impact millions worldwide, it focuses on six key pillars: food, exercise, sleep, stress management, belongingness, and environmental factors. The WQ Medical Advisory Council plays a crucial role in this mission. Comprising esteemed doctors, the council is committed not only to providing better healthcare for patients but also to establishing holistic health as a new paradigm in medicine and wellness.
This thoughtful initiative was held under the leadership of Mr. Nigel Fernandes, CEO of Catholic Connect, and Mr. Abhishek Joseph, General Manager at Catholic Connect. Their commitment to fostering connections and promoting education reflects Catholic Connect’s mission to enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of the community.
