Chikkamagaluru, February 7, 2025: A seminar on the Holiness of the Sanctuary and the Holy Eucharist was held at St. Joseph's Minor Seminary, Chikkamagaluru, on February 4, 2025. The seminar was conducted by Fr. Supreeth Menezes, the diocesan secretary for the Commission for Liturgy. The aim of the seminar was to educate seminarians about the relevance of the Sanctuary during the Holy Eucharist, preparing them to train altar servers once they are posted to various parishes.
The event commenced with Rev. Fr. Francis A., the rector of the seminary, introducing Fr. Supreeth to the seminarians. In his welcome address, Fr. Francis encouraged the attendees to engage actively with the session and deepen their understanding of liturgical practices.
