Delhi Archdiocese Honours Clergy and Religious in Jubilee Celebration

New Delhi, October 14, 2025: The Archdiocese of Delhi celebrated the Jubilee for clergy and religious on 11 October at DCC Hall, Sacred Heart Cathedral, New Delhi. Titled “Pilgrims of Hope—Jubilee Year Celebration,” the event honoured God’s faithfulness and the mission of “Participation, Mission, and Communion.” 

Archbishop Anil Joseph Thomas Couto led the gathering, which included a Mass, reflections, cultural programmes, and a fellowship meal, uniting bishops, priests, and religious.



Archbishop Couto presided over the Eucharistic Mass, delivering a homily that thanked priests and religious for their dedicated ministries. He urged them to pray and collaborate for God’s glory and societal good amid national challenges. 


Auxiliary Bishop Deepak Valerian Tauro delivered a keynote address on priest-religious collaboration, inspiring deeper unity.
