ICYM Pune Hosts Night Vigil to Strengthen Faith And Unity Among Youth

Pune, October 30, 2025: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM), Pune, organised a spiritually enriching Night Vigil at St Patrick’s Cathedral on 25 October 2025. The event drew over 300 young participants from across the diocese, united in prayer, reflection, and fellowship.

The vigil opened with an engaging session of praise and worship, followed by a screening of an episode from The Chosen series, which encouraged participants to reflect more deeply on their faith and discipleship.

A meditative Taizé prayer session invited silence and contemplation, illuminated by candlelight and gentle chants. The Chaplet of Divine Mercy was then recited with devotion, leading into a powerful adoration service during which many youth experienced spiritual renewal and peace.

An inner healing session guided by prayers of forgiveness and restoration added to the night’s grace-filled atmosphere. The event concluded with the celebration of the Holy Mass, bringing the vigil to a spiritually fulfilling close.

The Night Vigil served as a profound experience of communion and faith for young Catholics in Pune, renewing their relationship with God and strengthening unity across the diocese.
