Goa to Host WAF Marian Congress 2025 at Pilar Pilgrim Centre

Goa, July 6, 2025: The World Apostolate of Fatima (WAF), Goa Archdiocesan Division, is organising the WAF Marian Congress 2025 on the 15th and 16th of July at the Pilar Pilgrim Centre. The congress, marking the 70th anniversary of WAF in Goa (1954-2024), is themed “Learn – Live – Spread The Message Of Fatima.”

The event will feature a residential Marian retreat conducted in Konkani and English, running from 4pm to 4pm.

On 15th July, Fr. Kennet Teles, Episcopal Vicar for the South Zone, will celebrate the Eucharist. The following day, 16th July, the Eucharistic Celebration will be led by His Eminence Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao.

The congress will also host speakers including Fr. Jose Fernandes, Fr. Seville Antao (OFM Cap), and Fr. Pio Almeida, Spiritual Advisor of WAF Goa.

In addition to workshops, participants will experience other spiritual moments such as Adoration, Meditative Rosary, Scapular Investiture, and the Veneration of Relics of Saints Jacinta and Francisco.
