Pray the First Three Decades of the Rosary 

Pray the Our Father, three Hail Marys and the Glory Be for each decade.  

Incorporate a meditation on a specific mystery of the Rosary (e.g., the Joyful, Sorrowful, or Glorious Mysteries). 

Pray the Last Two Decades of the Rosary: 

Continue with the standard Rosary format, praying the Our Father, Hail Marys, and Glory Be for each decade. 

Reflect on a specific mystery of the Rosary. 

Finish with the Prayer to Our Lady, Undoer of Knots
