XLRI Delhi-NCR Announces Multiple Staff Vacancies Across Departments

Delhi-NCR, 25 October, 2025 — XLRI Delhi-NCR has opened applications for a wide range of administrative, academic and technical positions, inviting qualified and experienced candidates to join one of India’s leading management institutions.

The institute is recruiting for roles including Office Assistants, Assistant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Hostel Maintenance Manager, Teaching Assistants, Chartered Accountant (CA), Nurse, Fire Safety Maintenance Assistant, Electrician, Driver, Gym Trainer, Junior Librarian or Trainee, Chief Librarian, and Assistant Coordinator (Housekeeping and Hospitality – XLEAD).

Most roles require a minimum of two to three years of experience, with Master’s degrees specified for academic and administrative posts, and technical qualifications such as ITI, Diploma or Engineering preferred for maintenance and operations roles. Notably, the Chief Librarian position calls for a PhD, while CA or MBA is required for the Accounts role.
