ICYM Ahmedabad Organizes Diocesan Youth Ministry Training Program in Nadiad, Gujarat

NADIAD, Gujarat, February 19, 2025: A dynamic Diocesan Youth Ministry Training Program was held on February 9, 2025, at the Diocesan Pastoral Centre in Nadiad. Organized by ICYM Ahmedabad under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Edwin Anand, the event brought together over 30 youth leaders, priests, and religious figures to learn about new strategies for faith formation and evangelization.

The program featured engaging sessions led by Rev. Fr. Chetan Machado, National Youth Director of ICYM, who spoke on topics such as youth outreach, faith development, leadership in ministry, and teamwork. Participants actively took part in interactive discussions, action songs, and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist during the program, fostering a spirit of unity and mission.

Adding to the inspiration, Krutesh Macwan shared his experiences from his mission with Communio India in Arunachal Pradesh. The insights shared by him touched the hearts and minds of several attendees and motivated them to actively participate in ICYM initiatives.

The training concluded with a vote of thanks from Fr. Edwin Anand, who encouraged continued dedication to youth ministry and participation in upcoming diocesan events.
