CCBI Jubilee Yātra: Illuminating the Path to Jubilee 2025

Jalandhar, 22 August 2024: The Holy Trinity Regional Seminary in Jalandhar became a center of spiritual reflection and preparation on 18 August as it hosted the Conference of Catholic Bishops of India (CCBI) Jubilee Yātra on Sunday. The event was organized as part of the ongoing preparations for the Jubilee 2025, offering seminarians an opportunity to immerse themselves in the themes and spiritual significance of the upcoming celebrations. 

Rev. Dr. Sahaya Thatheus Thomas, Rector of the Seminary, extended a warm welcome to the National Facilitating Team and set a contemplative tone for the day's activities. In his opening address, Rev. Dr. Thomas emphasized the vital role of hope in the Christian spiritual journey. "We must light the lamp of hope in everyone we meet," he urged, inspiring those in attendance to carry this mission into their communities. 

The session saw the participation of 56 seminarians and was marked by active engagement and group discussions. It reinforced the participants’ role as bearers of hope in the world, a message that becomes key to their spiritual formation. 

The Jubilee Yātra at Holy Trinity Seminary stands as a significant milestone in the seminarians' journey towards Jubilee 2025.
